Shipping charges are based on the shipper's address and the weight of the purchased item. Voucher coupons that have shipping included will provide free shipping for an order that is placed with the same value as the voucher coupon. Please do not select expedited shipping at checkout if shipping is included with your voucher coupon. If shipping is included with the voucher coupon, order will ship with USPS First Class Mail. If customer selects expedited shipping method at check out, shipping charges will apply.
Total Time For Delivery
We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible. Many factors contribute to delivery time. Each of our products has a specific availability and production time for personalized items. We will be sure to ship orders out within these time frames that are listed on each product’s page. As most all of our products are personalized and hand made, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks from production to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, please allow 10 days for arrival. If you're trying to estimate when your order will arrive, consider the following: Credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Orders placed on Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking An Order

Our 30 Day Return Policy is simple - if you're unhappy with something you've bought from us, you can return it for replacement or repair within 30 days of receiving your purchase. (See Personalized Orders section for more details)
All jewelry is carefully examined and inspected for quality prior to being shipped out to our customers. If an item is broken or mishandled by manufacturer fault, as part of the 30 day warranty, customers may return their item for a replacement order within 30 days of receiving their order. If your order was personalized incorrectly by fault of manufacturer, we will process a free replacement order within the 30 day period. There are no exchanges offered for items which were produced at fault of customer error. Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item received was the wrong product.
• Returns must be unused and shipped back to us in the condition you received it. It should be complete with all order details. If you are returning the order for a replacement order, be sure to also include the reason for the replacement order.
• If your item came to your doorstep damaged, or if there is a problem with the order, please contact us using following link: www.MonogramOnline.com/contactus and we'll remedy the situation. For products received damaged or defective, we reserve the right to replace parts. If a replacement part cannot be obtained, a new product will be shipped.
• Once you have returned an item, customer may follow up with their return by contacting us via the following link: www.MonogramOnline.com/contactus Please include your name, order number and phone number and a customer service representative will answer your inquiry within 1-2 business days.
• You can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method. MonogramOnline cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouses.
• Reminder: When returning an order back to us for a refund or replacement, please be sure to get a tracking number from the shipping company to ensure that your order has been successfully returned.
We are unable to offer refunds on any personalized orders.
Changes to Order
Changes requested after order placement and up until the time of shipment, will require a $20 reprocessing fee.

If you’re unhappy with your item, please let us know within 30 days of receipt and we’ll work to ensure your satisfaction with either a replacement or repair of any defective items. Replacements will be free of charge on SAME ITEM ONLY. (same initials, name and personalization)
After 30 Days of Receipt
If your item breaks after 30 days of receipt, you ordered the wrong item, wrong size ring or made a mistake in the order process (wrong initials, wrong color, etc…), we would still like to help out. To ensure you maintain a long lasting love with the item you’ve purchased, we will replace your item at 50% of the original cost upon receipt of your returned order.

• Item broken

3 Month Limited Warranty
Repairs under 3 months are free of charge for:
• Tarnish treatment
• Stone fallen out
• Broken Chain

Every coupon has an automatic irrevocable expiration date which is arranged between the daily deal site and our corporate office. Unfortunately it is not possible to honor the coupon after its expiration however, don't forget that your voucher is still valid for the paid amount, and may be applied toward the purchase of the item your voucher was originally intended for. *Please note that only one voucher, discount or coupon may be applied to a single order.
