Shipping charges are based on the shipper's address and the weight of the purchased item. Voucher coupons that have shipping included will provide free shipping for an order that is placed with the same value as the voucher coupon. Please do not select expedited shipping at checkout if shipping is included with your voucher coupon. If shipping is included with the voucher coupon, order will ship with USPS First Class Mail. If customer selects expedited shipping method at check out, shipping charges will apply.

Total Time For Delivery

We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible. Many factors contribute to delivery time. Each of our products has a specific availability and production time for personalized items. We will be sure to ship orders out within these time frames that are listed on each product’s page. Once an order has been shipped, please allow 10 days for arrival. If you're trying to estimate when your order will arrive, consider the following: Credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Orders placed on Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

RETURN POLICY:

Our 30 Day Return Policy is simple and easy - if you're unhappy with something you've bought from us, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your purchase (except personalized orders).Please note that Personalized items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges .For more information please read the policy below.All jewelry is carefully examined and made sure it is in perfect condition before they are sent out to our customers. If an item is broken or mishandled by manufacturer fault, as part of the 30 day warranty, customers may return their item for a replacement order within 30 days of receiving your purchase. If order was personalized wrongly by fault of manufacturer we will process Free replacement order within 30 days warranty, there is no exchanges for items which were produced with customer mistake.Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product.

  • Returns must be unused and shipped back to us in the condition you received it. It should be complete with all order details. If you are returning the order for a replacement order, be sure to also include the reason for the replacement order.
  • All Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card, PayPal, etc...) or as a gift certificate.
